Entry tickets for the 2024 Weeton Show go on sale Good Friday March 29th

All proceeds go to fund the show and support local charities. 
We encourage everyone to pre-purchase an e-ticket before coming to the show. This ensures frictionless entry and shorter queues.
We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available to purchase on show day.

How Early Bird Tickets Work

  • On Good Friday 29th March, our Super Easter Early Bird tickets go on sale
  • THESE ARE LIMITED TO 100 ADULTS TICKETS AND 100 CONCESSIONS
  • When these are sold-out then we will release the Standard Early Bird tickets 
  • THESE ARE LIMITED TO 500 ADULT TICKETS AND 500 CONCESSIONS
  • When these sell-out then only FULL-PRICE tickets will be available
  • Buy early - save big!

Children under 5 years old go FREE!

As in 2023, tickets will be limited in number and are only available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets have sold out  for previous shows, so we strongly advise claiming your discount and purchasing your tickets early.

  • Children 5-16 years
  • Over 65
  • Anyone with a disability and their carers

Offline Ticket Sales

Standard price (i.e. full price) tickets with no booking fee, can be purchased by cash or card in the Almscliffe Village Hall from 6:30 to 7:30 on Wednesday 10th and 17th July. Please note that these will still be electronic tickets, so if you prefer to print them out please supply the email address of someone who can print them out for you.

There are 2 ways to purchase tickets:
1. the Click Here To Buy Your Tickets button above (which will pop-up a new window),
2. In-person at the village hall in Huby, advertised locally nearer the show date.

Early-Bird Adults Entry = £8.50 (plus booking fee)
Early-Bird Concessions Entry* = £4.25 (plus booking fee)

Standard Entry Tickets

Available when all Early Bird tickets are sold
Standard Adults Entry £10 (plus booking fee)
Standard Concessions Entry* £5 (plus booking fee)

Refunds

Regretfully, we are unable to offer refunds.

Without ticket sales, the show would not be able to afford the substantial direct costs associated with putting on an event like this. Your money is helping to keep this valuable historic show going through good times and bad, for the benefit of the community, visitors and friends of the show.

In the event that you cannot come to the show, please cancel your ticket which will make the ticket available for someone else to buy. Eventbrite will retain their fees and the balance of your payment will go directly to help to ensure that - despite recent worldwide events - the show will go on!

If we need to cancel the show, it will be postponed and your ticket purchases will be valid for next-years’ show. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please email [email protected]
