HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?

Weeton Show relies on a large number of local people to get the show off the ground. Why not be one of them?

If you have some time in the week before the show, and you’re fit and active, you could help set up the show site and/or dismantle it the day after. There’s post knocking, ring roping, marking out trade stand pitches, erecting sheep showing pens, putting up signs and a multitude of other things that need doing.

Or you could be one of our welcoming ‘show stewards’ on the day itself, helping thousands of visitors have an enjoyable and safe day out in the country side. There is something for everyone to get involved with - taking entrance money on the gates, directing traffic, car parking - it doesn’t matter whether you have the whole day, or just a few hours; we can find a job to suit your interests and abilities.

Get involved and get the buzz of being part of this fantastic, successful local event.
