About

Weeton Show has a reputation for having fantastic quality trade stands and with up to 3000 visitors it is advisable to get your application form in early. From organic cakes to equine equipment to hats to ice cream and children's rides there is something for everyone.

Expressions of interest for a Trade Stand, Food Stall or Craft Tent Table should be submitted via the show email address below. Following a review of all expressions in early May successful traders will be notified.

Entrance
The trade entrance is on Wescoe Hill Lane, Weeton, LS17 0AS.

Setup
Setup is Saturday 12.30 pm onwards or Sunday 6.30 - 8.30 am and you'll be given your pitch number on arrival. There should be parking for your vehicle behind your pitch but if there isn't sufficient room there is dedicated parking on site for trade stands. Please let me know on the application form your setup day so it can be added you to our list.

Remember there is no electric or running water on site - you will have to provide your own if you need it.

Forms and documents we require
Fill in the attached application form and provide:

A copy of your Public Liability Insurance.
A copy of your H & S Policy / Risk Assessment.
A copy of your Hygiene Certificate where applicable.
A Self Address Stamped Envelope for your Car Pass

Please post everything back to us at Leyfield House Farm, High Moor Road, North Rigton, LS17 0AA.
Please don't forget the SAE with a stamp!

Payment
Ideally send us a cheque - it's easier for our management to see who has paid.
However you can pay direct to the Weeton Show account at Yorkshire Bank. Sort Code: 050661 Account: 32451043
